&lt;P&gt;If you pay through SKY then the levels are based on what SKY add ons you have:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/netflix-faqs" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/netflix-faqs&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard&lt;BR /&gt;Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD)&amp;nbsp; with the SKY HD pack&lt;BR /&gt;Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) with the SKY Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So to reduce Netflix level you need to cancel the SKY add on - which will of course affect SKY viewing also&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW To cancel an add on you will need to call SKY&lt;/P&gt;</description>
