Hello

I have an order due on the 10th March 2023, however I can not find it on my order page, I want to reschedule my visit from the engineer due to unexpected circumstances that mean I will not be home.

I don't have time to call due to work etc

Any help will be great

It's not showing up there for some reason

It not on my order page but it was a few weeks ago and it's disappeared

I've tried the link and it just tell me to click to reschedule but still nothing shows
