    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to sky q online in December.&amp;nbsp; The form asks you how many multiscreens you would like - there was no zero option so had no choice but to receive one also at no point did it clearly state that I would be entering into a contract, this does not seem fair.&amp;nbsp; As l have now found out, l am too late to cancel and l am now paying for something l did not want in the first place.&amp;nbsp; When I spoke to an advisor he informed me that if l had phoned to upgrade, l would have been given the option, so why was l not given that option online?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;All I can suggest is that you make a complaint to Sky regarding this see below link regarding complaints&lt;/P&gt;
