    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest fully rebooting both the router and the Sky Q main box.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unplug both of them, same time, from the wall for at least 30 seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Plug back in the router only, get it up and running, and run a speed test on your mobile. Now plug back in the Sky Q box, go to settings, and reset the network settings section. Then scan for your router, add in your password, and hopefully, you're back up and running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.&lt;BR /&gt;As you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button. &amp;nbsp; You have two minutes after the Network reset to press the Sky router WPS button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
