I'm trying to download a series from sky Atlantic.
a could of the episodes won't download, the message tells me to press red to upgrade.

these episodes only show the format in UHD.

please tell me some episodes are not ONLY available in uhd?

That should read "a few of the episodes won't download "

We have noticed people reporting similar occurences in the past but it is specific to the proramme/Series

Thus please tell us what you trying to download & we can check what it is showing for us

Yes those episodes seem that they are only available in UHD for me
