I get the same error when trying to watch on Sky Go. Works fine on the Sky Box.

Suggest emailing Viewer Relations viewerR@sky.uk giving full details that Sky Go access is the issue.

There is no additional cost so as suggested above you can email Sky to let them know of this fault on this channel on Sky Go via this email address - viewerR@sky.uk

Sky history 2 channel has changed to mystery x which I can't access as asks me to "upgrade subscription"

MysteryX on Sky Go

I never had any problems watching Sky History 2 on Sky Go, but since it became MysteryX, I’ve been getting a message saying I need to upgrade my subscription.

Has anyone else had the same issue? Could the streaming entitlements have been overlooked during the rebrand? I wouldn’t have expected the channel to require a higher subscription when we could watch it before.

Unless I’ve happened to try programmes that Sky doesn’t have the streaming rights for every time, it seems to affect the whole channel. Even if it is a programme rights issue, the message seems strange - it’s normally the one shown when your subscription doesn’t include the channel.

Can anyone clarify whether this is intentional or an error?

It's not streaming is it? I thought you were trying to watch it on the TV Guide / satellite feed?

The linear channel works, it's when watching on Sky Go that the subscription message appears.

It is an error of which other people have reported the same issue which is why your post has been merged with these other posts so you can see that you can report it to Sky via this email address, just remember to tell them this is a Sky Go issue.

I am having this issue with several channels

it's becoming a real neucance

channels I have been getting now say I have to upgrade sky one, discovery, films,

Thinking of cancelling Sky all together

they seem to do whatever and whenever they want

I have Netflix as a free channel with One of the banks but Sky keep charging £18 per

month saying it's not their fault .

may other ways to get what I want and not what they want me to watch.

All in all pretty poor company not worth the money. Very frustrating

Any one else getting screwed?
