STV Not on Sky Go

Looking for a bit of advice please regarding channels 103 and 803 on Sky Go.

I previously had Sky Q after the account was transferred into my name after my mum passed away earlier this year and STV SD was on 103 and the HD channel was on 803.

I cancelled the Sky Q package and took out my own Sky Stream package with Whole Home, but now Sky Go under my own new account is showing as having ITV1 HD on 103 and no channel at all on 803.

Is there reason why I can no longer get STV on 103 and 803?

When you had Sky Q did you also have multiscreen because if you did the chances are you had the Sky Go app connected to your box and you would then be able to stream the channel back to the app. Sadly this option if that is what you did, is not available with Sky Stream.
