Sky Cinema channels missing on Sky Go

Pete118 — Sat, 11 Jul 2026 15:45:08 GMT

Hello,

I've noticed that Sky Cinema channels 303 and 304 are missing. I know these channels have been temporarily rebranded but not seen them disappearing before.

I have fully closed and reset Sky Go and the same issue.

Wondering if this is an error or a mix up when they temporarily rebrand the channels?

Thank you

@Pete118

They are gone for me as well so you might want to email Sky's viewer relations team about this - viewerR@sky.uk

Got 303 & 304 back but now 302 is missing. Had loads more missing earlier so looks like a bigger problem for Sky.

There was some issues this morning @JM-1963 that are now fixed so I will report this one to Sky.

@JM-1963

Is this on an Ipad as I had to reboot mine a second time to get this channel to appear while on my other devices it had already returned so if you still don't see it then it is worth trying this.

It was on both a PC running Windows 11 and an iPhone 16 with iOS 26.5.2.

Now looks to be resolved. I've also downloaded the new beta version on the phone & PC so we'll see if it works any better.

Thanks
