Not all channels available on Sky Go

For some reason my Sky Go app is only showing 13 channels. I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck. Is there a fault at the moment?

Yeah mine is the same on phone & iPad! Done the same as you and cleared cache, deleted app & reinstalled etc but nothing

Sky go app limited channels

All channels - Only 12 channels available, News - No channels, Documentaries- 1 channel, movies-3 channels,etc

When I go on sky go, normally all the channels are available apart from BBC, today only random channels are available and if I try to select the news category for instance it just says no channels are available, why can't I see all channels as normal?

Went on sky go app this morning and not showing all channels plus I went to watch sky news and it's saying nothing on at moment but when you go to home screen and select sky news it says record to sky box?

Hmm, you're not wrong. Mine starts at 105 and then jumps to 166 and then 301. There is a Sky Go thread, perhaps the reason is in there.

Have the same in the East, was fine yesterday but this morning have only 12 channels displayed. Sky box working fine, good signal and internet speed. No change on tablet even after restart. Same on both our tablets. Sky even displaying no problems with Sky Go.

I have gone onto SkyGo this morning and only have around 12 channels to choose from. I have tried to reset the app but with no success

I seem to have losy most of the channels on sky go, this has happens on my phone, tablet and PC.

please help as I use this a lot

I have the same issue. I've reinstalled on my PC (windows) but no luck. Dropped channels on my phone app (andorid).
