I got an error message PFE 9500

what does it mean and how do I fix?

Try connecting an external speaker to your PC or Mac that you are using.

Or try reducing your sound settings from 24 bit 384 Khz to 16 bit 44.1 Khz within Windows sounds settings.

Ok thanks I will try that. I was trying to use an external speaker so hopefully your suggestion will work
