Normal one of use Superusers would do this for you but at present there is a fault that is preventing the messaging team on here accessing Sky Ireland accounts.

You say you are a new customer so have you tried linking it as per this:

Hi, I am a new customer in Ireland. When I try to access "Your Products" on my online account dashboard, I get an error saying "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now."This is breaking my Sky Go app login and giving me Error 0-01 because my account number is unlinked on the backend.Since the chat and phone lines are closed today, could a Community Moderator please escalate this post to the Sky Messaging Team so an advisor can manually stitch my account number to my Sky ID profile over a secure chat link? Thank you!
