Sky go not loading

Sky go on tablet and phone not working on sky broadband but if I use another broadband or mobile data it works. The channels are not loading at all when on my sky broadband.

Do the channels just buffer and not load, if so try a reboot of your broadband hub at the mains.

Yes rebooted everything. Got.in contact with sky and they dont know

Hi I'm encountering the same problem today

The sky go app was working fine

A little bit with the loading but after buffering it worked

But today the app is not allowing me to watch my programmes at all

It keeps saying we are having technical difficulties with an error code.

Now I don't know what to do
