Upgrade to Sky Go Extra?

I would like to upgrade to sky go extra to download things occasionally. We have just joined Sky and have the puck and stream the ultimate package with sports, cinema etc.

I do not have whole home as do not need Sky in any other room.

I've read I can pay to upgrade to Sky Go Extra however a customer support person on the chat said I can only get Sky Go Extra by adding another puck and whole home? Is this the case? I don't really want to pay £15 as we would not use the additional puck.

That appears to be correct:

If you're a Sky+ or Sky Q only customer, you can pay the monthly cost to use it.

So it looks like if you are a Sky Glass or Stream customer you do not get the option to pay for it.

If you have sky glass or stream you only get it with sky whole home (multi room)
