After about every 20 minutes of watching sky go , the words and mouth movements are out of sync, so to be honest I dont really watch it but if im looking to renew soon, I would like to know if this can be rectified at all? Ive tried the restarting, resetting the Internet but its still the same and only the sky app that im having the issue with, Netflix, Disney, Amazon and HBO are all ok.

What device are you using the Sky Go app on? Or are you actually using a Sky Stream puck to watch live channel streams and it's those that are going out of sync?

I;m not sure what you mean by Sky Go on the TV unless you mean you are using a Gaming Console or are you using Sky Stream which has no connection with Sky Go ?
