&lt;P&gt;Not sure the box type being wrong would cause an issue as it is the viewing card number that needs to be corrected so is it showing the correct one on your account. If it is try reporting to Sky via this email address - &lt;A href="mailto:apps@sky.uk" target="_blank"&gt;apps@sky.uk&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They might not breply but the more people that report this issue the better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am seeing the same issue, Android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab A), have previously been able to send requests to record programmes from the Sky Go app to my Sky Q box but no longer. I don't have multiscreen so was never able to watch recorded programmes on my tablet but found the ability to set up recordings from the tablet invaluable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
