Sky go device pin

Under the devices I can see my phone listed under Sky Go devices but still nowhere to set a pin on the app, the my devices doesn't load either says error ( cleared history ) .

Any ideas as at the moment I cant watch much via Sky Go!

the link posted previously takes me to my parental control ( set to off) my pin is already set but sky go still asks for device pin !
I can't set a recording or + a series from sky go either

what's the point of an "on the go app "
