How do I stop my Daughters ex using my Sy Go from his Xbox, I have tried removing device, changing password etc to no affect. I have spoken to Sky Support in Mumbai five times now last time they changed my SkyId but he is still using it. Until he physically logs off on his console they cant seem to stop him. Cant believe Sky cant block his device. I am considering leaving due to this. Any ideas or a better support number to ring.

There was a way you could do this but the web link you needed to use is not working, it has been reported to Sky.

Got the same **bleep**e. Phoned sky got hit with some one who hardly speaks a word of English repeated every thing 3/4 times ended up hanging up on them.
