What is happening when you use Sky Go on these devices, do you see an error message and if you do what does it say ?

What devices is the app installed on and could anything like a VPN be running because if so it will need disabling.

It won't work on a Playstation 4 or 2 different Iphones, works fine using any other boroadband or 4g 5g

Sounds like an issue with her broadband, btw Playstation would require Sky Go Extra for that to work

Have you tried rebooting the broadband router?
