Stop someone using my sky go

i need to stop certain devices from using my sky go account, i've changed my password and tried to use the link in other posts about authorisation but the link doesn't work at all, is there another way to stop this?

It did used to be possible via that link you have found by for unknown reasons it no longer works. It has been reported to Sky via here but as of yet we have had no comeback on it. Not helpful for you at present but this is what has happened.

Have you actually sorted this out now?

No way of being able to manage who accesses your account is pretty poor service from you guys.

Ive been trying this also with absolutely no actual progress
