    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did - it was the 'missing' title, but confusingly you have to set this in the 'Sky ID' section of 'My details' as there is no option to do this under 'Account info'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once that was done the app opened on my Apple TV and a pop up advised that 'Multi room is required to watch on Apple TV' - added that (£11/month) which then enabled Sky Go to work perfectly on the Apple TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a faff!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Go is not working on my Apple TV (4k 2nd Gen).&lt;BR /&gt;It's working on all other devices (iphone/ ipad/ Macbook).&lt;BR /&gt;I have Whole Home Pack as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have verified my email when I setup my account inclduing 2 factor authentication (which gave me a recovery code).&lt;BR /&gt;I also have a security question which I even changed in an attempt to see if this would resolve it. Which it did not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On Apple TV it says could not login and asks me to verify email yet my email is verified. When I try go to the website or use QR code, it takes me to a screen dsiplaying code which I can not use to verify email address.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue following renewal. Its been working for years with no issues. Now get the same QR which leads nowhere. Tried email and Sky ID to login on apple TV. Same result. Changed security question, initiated 2 step none worked. Let me know if anyone finds a solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Things I have done:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- updated Apple 4K tv box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- changed email address (re-verifying my account)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- updated security question&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- deleted app and re downloaded&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still on the "we couldn't log you in" page telling me my email address has not been verified. When I scan the QR code it brings me nowhere of use. I am logged in on my phone and iPad no problem. I do not have multi room but this was not a problem before? I don't want to watch sky simultaneously in more than one room.. which is what multi room is for. I just want to be able to watch it in one room, on my Apple 4K tv box (the sky stream puck is not in use when I'm using the Apple 4K tv box).       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is still not working for me it's been months now - I have not received any escalation or any contact from anyone at Sky. I have tried absolutely everything in this thread multiple times and like I said it was working previously no problem on my Apple TV box, it was only when I changed house/accounts that this stopped working? And I have the correct account to use multiple devices, but I only want to use it on one device - the Apple TV box. We do not need to watch it on multiple devices at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;THIS WORKED FOR ME.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to follow 3 main steps to watch SkyGo on Apple TV, (remeber if you are a sky stream customer you DO need a multiroom subscription to watch Sky Go on AppleTV (you dont need multiroom to just watch SkyGo on mobile).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 - Make sure the TITLE field is filled in. Login in on sky.com, click on "My Details" under you name. click "Manage Sky Id", then click "edit name" - make sure the "Title" field is filled in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 - Make sure a security question is set, follow the link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://skyid.sky.com/updatesecurityquestion/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;https://skyid.sky.com/updatesecurityquestion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;select a question and answer, then select update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 - I then logged out of sky.com on my computer and waited 15 mins. I then went to my phone, opened SkyGo and signed in on that first before trying to log in on AppleTV,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you login, it will ask you to accept the terms and conditions. Only once you can watch Sky Go on your phone, try and login on AppleTV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This worked for me - and I was also able to share my sky membership with my household (son), so he now has his own Sky Go account, linked to my main sky account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(I am a sky stream customer and have the extra Multiroom subscription on my account)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
