Sky Stream - Download shows onto iPad - device PIN?

I have a Sky stream puck and logged into the Sky Go app on my iPad. I can watch shows but can't download them as it says I haven't set a device PIN but I can't work out how to set one up. I haven't got a PIN on Sky stream as I don't need parental controls. Can anyone tell me how to set up a device PIN please? I've followed the guidance but don't see an option for setting up a PIN for my iPad.

They have the same problem as me. Sky is unable to solve their own problems
