Whatever is causing this error, you will have to get in touch with Sky to get them to look into this for you so you can either call or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.

Can you start from the begijnning @Lynsey18 and tell us what issue you are having with Sky Go and on what device do you have it installed on ?
