Sky Go: Code PFE 9010

I am trying to watch shows I have downloaded on Sky Go while deployed.

I literally downloaded a load before we left, then when I try to watch anything it says "this will expire 48 hours after starting", which in itself is ridiculous.

But worse, it won't play anyway, because I get the error message right after clicking play anyway, which goes:

"This download has expired and is not available to watch. Code: PFE 9010"

I want to watch the shows i like offline. Why is it so hard?

Can someone help please?
