Downloading to ipad

I'm trying to download content to my iPad but I keep getting a mesage that says I haven't set up a Device Pin. The only place I can set up a pin is on my Sky account and I've done that but I'm still getting the error. Any idea how I can resolve this?

The pin for Sky Go can be setup here under Sky Device pin:

Thanks but I've done that, it makes no difference, I'm still getting the same message

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 9pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
