Skygo has never worked

My sky go app has never worked. It always comes up with ' there has been a problem connecting to the Sky Go network. Please try again later. If you keep seeing this error, please contact customer services. Error code: 0-01'

I've been a customer for nearly 2 years now, and it's always had this error message.

@xLadyVx And did the last part please contact customer service not do anything, that takes you to call them dial 150 from your landline phone!

0-01 is a wrong subscription error so what are you trying to watch and on what device do you have the app installed on, finally are you new or a returning customer to Sky ?
