Desktop doesn't do search but shows this error code Error code: {error code} a

I've been trying to find a show through search. It tells me there is no connection to the internet. Nope, that's rubbish, the connection is fast and stable. So what is the problem? Anyone have any idea?

I think it might have righted itself. It was Big Little Lies. I tried again this morning and it did download the show. What it still doesn't do is transfere the audio properly to my headphones but that is apparently an ongoing problem and no big issue. 🙂
It was a really weird error.
