Sky Go won’t load - “Sorry, something went wrong……..error code 50-2

Cannot get Sky Go to show any channel. Kids are not using any of the other slots and changed a few months ago to Sky mobile.

for money I am paying monthly, not happy at all!!

Missed Chelsea game and also the Dundee Utd game and Liverpool v Newcastle.

Go to Settings > Sky Go > Location and turn off Precise Location off.

If you use a VPN make sure this is turned off.
