If you haven't changed your package or changed your mind at changing something then I would try logging out then back into the app and if this doesn't work you will have to call Sky or contact them via social media to get help with this.

Hi, I have an error message on my Samsung tablet that is 0-01, now the message has gone , but instead it says I have to subscribe to a package to get sky go. I have been subscribed to a more than one package for over 2 years. Last night I was watching skygo without any problems, this has only just started doing this at 1.30pm today. Any ideas ???
