&lt;P&gt;A number of things to try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using graphics card overclocking software then make sure this is closed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this error is on downloaded content then try restarting the app by exiting and then re-launch the app and if that hasn't sorted it you would need to delete the content with the error and download it again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Disable Spotify is it is running.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try running the app as an administrator.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Close the Sky Go app and go to the task manager on your PC and make sure the app is stopped here if it is still working then load it up again to see if it now works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
