&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting the device the Sky Go app is installed on and it that doesn't work do the same with your Sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the app brings up your main screen as normal, and any recording you go to play (under recording, not downloaded) &amp;nbsp;flashes up straight away with 'sorry, something went wrong. There is a problem connecting with the sky go app, please try again later'. This is on my iPhone and iPad. The sky Q box works, I've just put that on and can play any recording. I have refreshed, cleared history and reinstalled sky go app on my iPad (not done my iPhone as it's the same so clearly not my devices) any ideas or anyone else with this issue. The Sky app says there's no technical difficulties&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I believe they wait until a high number of people complain about the same issue. SKY GO IS NOT WORKING. I AM AUTHORISED AND MY WIFI IS PERFECT ( It should be, SKY only put me onto fibre last week.
