&lt;P&gt;I believe 0-01 is a wrong subscription&amp;nbsp;error so what is it you are trying to view when you see this and what was removed from your account ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Go errors on Chromebook</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having problems with Sky Go on my Chromebook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's always worked well until today. Earlier today I called customer services for about the hundredth time to sort out some billing issues (still not sorted) and they took some things off my account - ad skip, wifi max.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now I'm getting all kinds of errors - the long number that means it's a router issue, 2001, 0-01 and others I can't remember.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wifi is full fibre 500 running through a mesh system to get it upstairs. All wifi access is fine for everything else. Just Sky Go that's a problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive deleted and re downloaded the app. Logged out and in again. Reset the router. Turned laptop off and on again. Can't think of anything else to try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works for a short time - maybe 10-15 mins then error messages again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been watching channel 5 and now Sky Atlantic. Sky Atlantic was definitely NOT removed (adding it is what started the whole debacle), and I presume everyone has channel 5?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;errors appear intermittently. The one I have on screen at the moment is 2001.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
