SKygo app not working on PC

When i open the app this message appears. When i try to uninstall the app it says the app cannot be found

Can anyone advise please?

Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:

Sky
Sky Go

Empty your recycle bin.

Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again via here:

https://www.sky.com/watch/sky-go/windows

Thanks. It's not giving me an option to delete the folders sky and skygo

I got to the point where it would load but only in a miniature window and I could not open the window properly. Therefore I deleted and reinstalled

After some fiddling I'm now getting this message when i try to resintall:

Make sure the app is closed and that you have rebooted your PC before trying to install the app again.
