When trying to watch something using sky cinema, I recieve error code 1310. I can use sky cinema on my sky glass tv, but not on sky go. I am certain that the accounts are the same, as the billing history is exactly the same.

Thanks for any help!

Now I see I have 2 different accounts. When I clicked on your link, it shows one account (with no subscriptions), however when I open up my bills from the profile menu, a different account shows up (with all the subscriptions). How can I get my Sky to use the alive account?

Thanks again!

Unfortunately when I log into Sky Go it just asks for an email address. I have no idea how to check the emails of the account numbers, or anything like that.

All you can do is to contact Sky about this by either calling them or using one of the social media links at the bottom of the page.
