If you are using a mobile or tablet then does the Sky Sports app work instead ?

When trying to play sky sports on the sky go app it doesn't work and says I need to upgrade my subscription even though I have one.

It does work on the sky sports app however so not sure if it's a sky go issue?

Do you have Sky Q @Tomhouston and if so if the app is connected to the box what happens if you go into settings on the Sky Go app and disable the connection, does it then allow you to view the sports channels ?
