Cannot view my recorded programs or go back to start of a program that has started. .

Since I got my new router and fibre WiFi this week, I can't view my recorded programs and can't go back to the start of programs that have started.

im so fed up of Sky tv. Never had any of these issues with Virgin Media.

There is no link between Sky Glass and Sky Go so you can't access your Glass playlist via Sky Go.

Thanks for your comment but I wasn't asking about Sky Go. Someone asked ME about it.

I don't really use sky go except for football live when I'm out.

MY issue is the sky glass tv not doing what it's supposed to. That was my query.
