Nope! Well, certainly not in my case! I pay BT directly to watch BT Sport on my Sky Q package but cannot watch Bt Sports channels on the SkyGo App?? Should I complain?

You have no right to complain I'm afraid as you don't have access to the TNT channels via Sky Go due to the fact you are paying BT and not Sky. You might have access to the channels via the Discovery app instead:

@caesarome . Thank you. I just assumed that as I could watch it (BT Sport/TNT) on my TV (Sky Q) I should be able to watch it on the SkyGo App. 👍

I used to have BT sport as was then on Sky paid though BT. However I found cheaper to cancel my BT susbscprituon and addi it to my Sky subscription. when I was paying BT they charged extra for HD and also you had to have second subscption if you wanted it on second box. However if you have multiroom and HD on your sky subscption the TNT channels get this to at no extra cost. The on,y thing I lost subscribing though Sky was access to BT sport app. However now with TNT though Sky now I also have access to the TNT on my iPhone and IPad and also Discovey+ app both on my sky boxes and on my iPhone and I pad at no extra cost to my TNT subcotion though Sky

That is correct and because you pay Sky so you get access to the channels via Sky Go, those like @MB1957 from yesterday pays BT so doesn't get the access.
