      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm able to login to the SkyGo app and only able to access a few terrestrial channels like BBC1/2 but all the others with the same error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried as suggested uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone etc login in and out but still the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any other suggestions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;0-01 is a wrong subscription error so apart from those BBC channels if the app is connected to a Sky Q box do you have multiscreen on your account as you need to do this to stream from your box. That apart if you disconnect it from your Sky Q box does it now work for you ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
