Sky Go access outside Ireland

I am a Sky TV customer and trying to access it in Portugal. I am with Sky Ireland.

Error message PFE 9009 showing saying I need relevant Sky TV subscription. I do have relevant TV subscription.

Pleaser help

What is it that you are trying to access via the Sky Go app sonos it live TV or catch or boxset content ?

Make sure you are not running a VPN or the private relay function if you device is an Apple one

Other than that all you can do is to use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get some help with this.

Yes, i downloaded a number of programmes to watch whilst travelling.

I didn't try watching live TV though.

I will do when I am home.
