SKY GO does not load on windows

I have just downloaded the Sky Go app from here: https://www.sky.com/watch/sky-go/all

When I install the application it keeps crashing and so it's completely unusable.

I have tried redownloading the app and restarting my laptop but this does not work.

I have the same issue. Tried all the fixes suggeted but getting no where. Does SKY have any solutions as they are the people we pay for this service.

I battled for ages to get this working then after leaving things for a few weeks, (didn't need to use Sky Go on Laptop) then tried again and hey presto all working.

Can Sky please liaise with Windows when they (Sky) or Windows do updates.

Uncompatibility on updates I think causes these issues.
