Sky go won’t work

My sky stream box works but sky go keeps saying i need to upgrade to watch something that is available on the basic package and also I am already able to watch that show on my box so that doesn't make sense also I can't log into my sky app because it asks me for the bank details for security that I used to purchase sky glass which I never purchased I do not have sky glass I never have

Try your banks details that you used when ordering Sky Stream as it might be your Sky ID needs to be linked to your TV account before you can use Sky Go.

Then you will either have to use social media via one of the links at the bottom of this page or call Sky about this.
