Remote Recording Will not work when away from home

Hi, Remote recording does not work on Sky Go app when I am away from home or not connected to home wifi. This used to work. Phoned Sky help x 2 without resolution. Any clues or thoughts? Thanks Paul

The recording request appears to have been made on the App but no recording is made on the sky box.
