Sky go not working

Since Monday my sky go app will not allow me to edit users or access any channels.

it keeps saying something went wrong. Technical issue. Try again later.
I've uninstalled apps, rebooted phones and iPads but nothing!
Tried to delete users to reinstall. But it won't let me.
Any ideas?

Try signing out of the app then reboot your device and then sign back into the app.

If that doesn't work then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:

Mine is doing the same, I rang sky and they couldn't offer a solution. It's still not working - any advice would be great

Sadly I still haven't got this sorted!! 2 months now it's not been working.

It's linked to an old email address and also there is a setting on the tv to allow to watch via sky go which it disables

Then that could be your issue, so call Sky to see if they can link it to the correct one that should match your account.

I have had the same issue for 3weeks. Have spoken to sky twice and messaged them but nothing. I'm trying to "link" my accounts but getting no where

I have downloaded the my sky app but the bedroom steaming box is still not working
