Skygo app not working on mac

App wont open on my mac, so I tried this - https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Go/Sky-Go-not-working-Error-001/m-p/4739553/thread-id/138147#M138414 - I have removed the files.

When going to the Sky website to download the app - https://www.sky.com/watch/sky-go/all - I can download SkyGo installer file, but once it has downloaded and I try to open it, it says The file can't be found. I've tried this multiple times, it is like the installer wont work.
If I try to select the "Install now on ios" it takes me to the app store, which states the app is only for ipad, iphone. Not Mac

I have a MacBookAir running MacOS Sonoma 14.7.8

Any ideas?
