      <title>Sky Go on Apple TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sky stream and purchased two pucks and also while home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i saw I should be able to us sky go via my Apple TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the app and went to log in but get a message to say my email isnt validated and to follow a QR code etc which I do and follow the instructions but it does nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you checked that you haven't been sent an email address that you need to act upon. If not all you can do is to either phone or use one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact Sky about this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can log in to sky go on my mobile app just not the Apple TV app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so not sure it's the account verification etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i called sky and went through several steps and they were unable to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, issue resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am sky stream and signed up online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was never asked to set a security question and as a result the sky go app on Apple TV has a check built in when validating the log on. If it does not find a security question on the account it errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you get a message saying the email hasn't been validated and to scan a QR code or enter the link into a browser. This is trying to take you to the security question part of your account and fails as a result of the above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the sky CS team can set this on your account and you need to call them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The chap I spoke to had been at sky for many years and never seen this, took him a long time to get to the answer but he didn't give up, added a security question and answer to my stream account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left it a couple of hours and then tried again to log in on the sky go app via Apple TV and it worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
