no BBC whatsoever. Looked all through the tv list but nothing.
new to Sky however.

can I add them? If so how

Do. You have a VPN switched on. BBC will not load if a VPN is on. Try switching it off.

It's in a phone and laptop.

ive never yet used the puck at home though.
Only had it just over a month.

i do have a VPN so i suppose it Coukd be that?

The BBC attempts to detect and block VPN endpoints because it needs to demonstrate to government that it's doing its best to prevent access by non-UK viewers (ie those who cannot be expected to pay the Television Licence Fee)
