I have a 2022 macbook, macOS Sequoia 15.6.1. It starts to load but then just says 'Connecting your application, please try again (001)'. I have tried deleting it and resinstalling and have followed advice on other posts regarding the same issue where you can delete all skygo files in mac library and try again but nothing is working.
