Cannot watch sky on HP Laptop

Hi all

I have been trying to watch Sky Sports (Ryder Cup) on my HP laptop today but it says that an app with recording potential is preventing the live stretam the error code is PFE 9903.

I don't have any app or installation that is active that can do that so a bit unsure what to do. Have tried reinstalling but it comes up with same error. Never happened before and have watched live sport and shows with no problems.

The message might be a little bit misleading as 9903 means anything that can take a picture, record sound or video iis causing this. One such programme is the windows snipping tool so if this is running try closing it.

Clearly there is something running in the background that Sky Go doesn't like so have a look at the programs that are running in the task manager.
