Go to my Sky Go FAQ webpage using the link in my forum signature (at the bottom of this post), then Q13 will become obvious 🙂

I feel really stupid

I have already got a four digit pin for my sky account. I have the SkyGo app but when I click to download to my mobile it prints up a message saying "it looks like you haven't set up a Device PINZ for Sky Go

Do I have to set up another four digit Pin?

Just setup the same PIN as you Sky account

But how do I set it to the SkyGo App?

So in my sky account I have a four digit pin.

i sign into my SkyGo account and try to download to my iPhone and it says I have not set a pin for my SkyGo account but I do not know where to set this up 😬

You do it on the website
