      <description>&lt;P&gt;1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to sign into Sky Go app on Apple TV receiving error message saying email is not verified. As far as I'm aware it has been verified as Sky Go is workingand on my IPhone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the frustration of not been able to talk to a person, &amp;nbsp;find a telephone number and be forced to use a virtual assistant that cannot understand the questions that you are asking it is extremely infuriating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having to sign up to a forum in attempt to try again answer from a company that I pay £120 a month to it nothing short of outrageous&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
