when asked to input pin on sky go pc it won't let me put one in and just freezes

yes I've been using my sky on phone, tablet and tv for months but everytime i try to use it on laptop i can't put one in, it comes up with the prompt to put one in but then won't let me do it.

i am constantly getting a never ending loop loading screen, even when i try to access settings, i have tried reinstalling but it just continues, since joining sky months ago i still haven't been able to use sky go app once on my pc, seriously makes me want to cancel all together
